Covid 19  Safety Procedures + Guidelines


We can't wait to see you! Please read the following information before your appointment. 


A few things to note:

  • We are shampooing + blow drying as normal.

  • We have resumed waxing services.

  • Masks are no longer required for clients but they are recommended.

Additional Guidelines:

  •  Masks are strongly recommended for clients but are not required. All staff will be wearing masks.**

  • Sanitize your hands when you walk in the door. We have added a sanitizing station at the door for your convenience and require you to use it before entering.

  • There will be NO GUESTS permitted in the salon in with you. This applies to children. The only person allowed in the salon will be the person receiving services at the time.

  • Please stay in your car until we text you to come in. When you arrive, you can "check-in" by texting 770-946-6004 with your name and appointment time. We will text you when your stylist is ready and you may come in.

  • We have enabled touchless pay options like apple pay for your convenience and safety.

  • We will be using freshly laundered and sanitized smocks, capes, combs, etc. for your safety. We will also be sanitizing surfaces in between every client. 

  • Due to high demand of appointments, we are changing our cancellation policy from 24 hours to 48 hours. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation charge. *As always, if you are sick, there is no cancellation fee.* No-show results in automatic charge.

  • IF YOU HAVE BEEN SICK, HAD A COUGH, HAD A FEVER, OR BEEN AROUND ANYONE DISPLAYING THESE SYMPTOMS PLEASE DO NOT COME IN. We cannot stress this enough. This goes beyond you needing or wanting your hair done. This directly impacts our health, the health of our families, and the health of our other clients and their families. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for this type of cancellation. Please do not risk it; it's not worth it.

Ultimately we just ask that you please be respectful of your stylist, the staff, and those around you by following the guidelines and being honest! 


Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the cancelling of your appointment.

**Masks are required for staff as far as they are able to wear them without inhibiting their health. We appreciate you supporting those around you and understanding some customers and employees may not be able to wear a mask as it imposes risk to their health.
